Pictographic Drawings

Pictographic drawings, also known as ledger drawings, with their historic origin, continue to be applied as a contemporary art form that has gained wider recognition. Native artists use multi-media (watercolors, ink, colored pencil and crayon etc.) to record themes of the present and past. The preferred canvas continues to be antique ledger papers, but not exclusively.
